We, at Cheeky Bottoms, take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. We hope your swimwear feels as exceptional as it looks. Should you need assistance with a return, we are pleased to offer the following policy.
return window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe are not eligible for refund or exchange.
return eligibility
We uphold the elevated and hygienic standards of our garments, therefore returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in pristine original condition
- All original tags attached
- Protective hygiene liner fully intact and not removed
- Free from makeup, lotions, deodorants, fragrance, or any signs of wear
- Return with original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted and will be carefully discarded or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damages or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@cheekybottomsbikinis.com and include photographs so we may resolve the matter promptly and with care.
final sale
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products marked final sale, items purchased at a discount of 25% or more, select accessories, or gift cards.
exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for alternate sizes or colors, subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note we have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange by emailing us at hello@cheekybottomsbikinis.com.
refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to finalize processing.
